In that same 7 days, 2,351 homes were put into a pending status.

In this month, the last two homes we put up, we sold in less than three days. One of which sold for $13,000 over the listing price.

Those beginning to enter the market, coupled with the large unemployment rate will likely begin to lead to the reduction in the price of real estate at a later time.
