In 2019 we set our eyes on our goals and ran fast and hard to reach them. On the selling side of things, here’s how we did!
Our average list price to Sales Price for 2019 was 99.1% The average in the area is 96.2%.
Our average days on market was 16. The average in the area is 110.
And on the buyer’s side:
Our buyer’s average purchase was 96.1% of the listing price.
We are truly selling homes faster than the competition and getting more money for our sellers. Our buyers are getting into the home for less money than the buyers in the competition! But we aren’t done.
In 2020 we are going to continue improving our processes, learn from our mistakes, and tackle each and every project with fervor! We are always going above and beyond on both sides of the equation and we pride ourselves on excelling in every tiny part of the transaction. There are literally countless ways to save you money during the buying or selling experience, and we are going to use our expertise to get you the best outcome possible.
The home buying experience is a complicated one. So we start by building a relationship with the client so we can truly understand what they are looking for. Likewise, If we can win our client’s trust, that’s one step closer to peace of mind in this big step in their life.
